Protection of your personal data

For operation of the ID4D site, your personal data may be subject to processing, as stipulated in Act No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 as amended, known as the Loi Informatique et libertés [Data Protection Act].

The legal person responsible for the processing is Agence Française de Développement, a public establishment of an industrial and commercial nature, whose registered office is located at 5 rue Roland Barthes – 75 598 PARIS Cedex 12, represented by its CEO, Mr. Rémy Rioux.

How are the personal data processed?

First of all, when you subscribe to the ID4D newsletter, we collect information about you in order to inform you of new publications on the blog.

We also collect information about you through the “Contact Us” feature, so that we can respond to your requests or proposals.

Finally, we process information concerning authors publishing on our site, to manage the publications on the ID4D site and to present our readers with a directory of authors offering publications on our site.

What are your rights?

In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, any people concerned by any of the aforementioned processing of personal data have the right to access, correct, refuse or delete data concerning them. In some cases, you may also have a right to portability, i.e. the right to retrieve or transfer your personal data.
