Coordinator of the 2018 edition of the Mediterra publication, Yasmine Seghirate El Guerrab manages the communication and publications at the Intergovernmental Organization CIHEAM’s headquarters. She is also the gender and women focal point for the CIHEAM Action Plan for 2025 (CAPMED2025).
Graduated of Sciences Po’Aix-en-Provence Specialty Arab and Muslim World, she was responsible for the ORSE (French Observatory of Corporate Social Responsibility) of projects on sustainable development and CSR in the Maghreb and led the working group «fight against poverty and precariousness “.
She previously served as a project officer in the office of the UN Under-Secretary-General for Innovative Financing (UNITAID) and consultant for the French Development Agency (AFD).
Her associative involvement led her to be a founding member of ATLAS (Algerian Talents and Leaders Association) and she is currently head of the CSR and Territories Committee of CACIF (Algerian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in France)
