Sibylle Rizk is Director of public policies for Kulluna Irada, a civic organization founded and exclusively funded by Lebanese from the diaspora and/or residents of Lebanon. Created in 2017, this influential group is very active in the public debate and has positioned itself on the global questions of political governance and on the key issues of the economic and financial crisis, electricity, justice, etc.
A graduate of the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Science Po) and of the CFJ in Paris (Journalists’ Training Center), she has been the correspondent in Beirut since 2000 for the French daily Le Figaro. She was editor-in-chief of Commerce du Levant, the only Lebanese economic magazine in French.
