Serge Rajaonarison, 45, Chief Executive Officer of CECAM, studied law before specializing in microfinance in West Africa, then at CEFEB, AFD’s Corporate University, as well as at the Boulder Institute of Microfinance, in partnership with the University of Colorado (USA). He started his career in 1995 and worked in a structure which supports and finances private entrepreneurship until 2002, then for the World Bank’s microfinance project until 2009.
