Biography

Quentin Parrinello is advocacy officer for transparency in extractive industries and tax justice at Oxfam France. He coordinates the activities of 15 French associations grouped together in the French branch of the platform Publish What You Pay. It is part of an international coalition of over 800 associations, which work on transparency in the extractive sector. Parrinello co-authored the first analytical study of the reports on payments to governments by French extractive companies. He is also part of the first generation of data extractors which includes activists from all over the world, working on the subject of open data and transparency of extractive companies.
