Biography

Having studied in the UK and France (MA in the history of philosophy, Msc in international economics), Olivier worked a number of years in the UK before joining AFD in late 2018 as an Economist. Within the Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Asia department, Olivier specifically covers the Western Balkans, Turkey, the South Caucasus, Central Asia, and South Asia.
