Nayla Ajaltouni coordinates the Éthique sur l’Étiquette collective. This collective was created in 1995 by a group of NGOs, labor unions and French consumer organizations to help enforce standards and regulations and bring about changes in corporate practices in favor of greater respect for human rights in the workplace, particularly in industrial and manufacturing production in developing and emerging countries (South-East Asia, Maghreb, Eastern Europe), where breaches of workers’ rights and safety are most frequent and blatant.
