Julián Suárez Migliozzi is the Vice-President of Sustainable Development at CAF. He is a Fulbright Scholar and holds an MBA; a specialization in Corporate Finance, a graduate degree in Infrastructure Financing and is Economist. Previously, he was the Acting Vice-President of Infrastructure at CAF and Director of Infrastructure for the Southern Region. In the past, he worked as consultant for the Social and Sustainable Development Department of the Inter-American Development Bank, leading research teams and consulting on regional development, education and access to private sector financing, and worked as Senior Economist for the Argentinean think-tank IERAL of Fundacion Mediterranea; Director of Economics and Finance of the Province of San Luis (Argentina), Chief of Researchers for the Professional Council of Economics of Cordoba (Argentina), and professor of microeconomics, macroeconomics and international finance at graduate school level.
