Biography

Upper graduate in laws, economics and management. Other qualifying training : CHEAM, CDC. From 1977, Technical assistance manager in some countries in Central an West Africa during 14 years (territory development, rural development. After, Head Office AFD in various operationnel and fonctionnel high responsabilities, with a lot of support missions in Africa, Pacific zone and Asia, French overseas communities : diagnostics and advices in development strategies, capacity building… General inspection, advisor to the general manager for management and organization. Director of the CEFEB (AFD internal university), member of the AFD executive commitee. From 1994 until now,  occasional or regular guest teatcher in some universities or upper high engineering schools (HEC, ENA, Université Aix-Marseille, Clermont Ferrand, SciencesPo Lyon, ISTOM).
