Franck Tognini holds a DEA post-graduate diploma in European Economics and a DESS post-graduate diploma in Economic Intelligence Engineering. He has worked for a number of public and private institutions operating in the field of territorial and economic development. Franck Tognini founded the Vigilances network, which provides methodological support to companies for Economic Intelligence, and is also Associate Lecturer at Lille 1 University. He created the Master’s II “Intelligence, Strategy and International Trade “ (ISCI), which gathers dozens of nationalities every year. This course is also given in Cameroon, Morocco and Senegal. Franck Tognini is very active in Africa and his dual professional identity gives him the ability to lead highly operational projects in the fields of the vocational integration of young people, entrepreneurship, university-business partnerships and the creation of clusters.
