Mamadou Diouf, a Senegalese historian and specialist in Senegal’s colonial history and religions, has been head of the Institute for African Affairs at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (New York) since 2007.

He was the facilitator of a debate organized by EUDN, which aimed to put into perspective economists’ contributions on the evaluation of aid and development cooperation programs.
