

Shérazade Gatfaoui is a PhD, Senior Lecturer in Management Science at the Paris-East Marne La Vallée University (University Technology Institute, Marketing techniques – Meaux site and Masters 2 in Management/ MIPI-MITIC at IFIS – Ile-de-France Environmental Engineering Institute – IFIS). In addition to the Paris-East University, she has worked for Degrees in Banking and at NEGOCIA-Paris as an associate professor. She is an affiliated professor-researcher at IRG, the Institute of Management Research of the Paris-East Marne La Vallée University, and member of the Institut Confiances (Confidence Institute). Her main research, conducted in partnership with the banking sector, concerns the construction of interpersonal and institutional trust in client/bank relations. Her recent research focuses on the development of the deviant behavior of clients in service activities and on building the trust of citizens towards institutions and politicians. Her research includes what management science can contribute to politics. She is also a consultant for issues relating to building trust in client relations in the banking sector or building citizens’ trust towards institutions and politicians in crisis-hit countries (particularly for Central African political parties).
