Nathalie Delapalme is presently Executive Director and Board member of the Mo Ibrahim Foundation (London). Before that, she was Inspecteur general des finances at the French Ministry of Finances and Economy, between 20007 and 2010. She headed there several general audits on French public policies, namely on foreign action, development policy and development agency. During the first part of her career as a high civil servant, she worked for the French Senate, mostly at the Audit Committee on Public Finances and Budget. She also served as deputy-chief of office of the French Minister in charge of Development( 1995-1997), and as Africa Advisor of several French Foreign ministers( 2002-2007).
