Monica Flores Barragan, 50, CEO of ManpowerGroup in Latin America, supervises, from Mexico City, the activities of 3,500 employees in 18 countries. This risk analyst graduated from the National Autonomous University of Mexico, holds a Master's degree in Philosophy from the Panamerican University (a Catholic institution in Mexico City) and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Ipade Business School, which is part of the same institution. In 2012, according to the magazine Expansion Mexique, she ranked 10th out of the 50 most influential businesswomen in Latin America. She serves on the boards of the Employers' Federation of the Republic of Mexico (Coparmex) and Business Coordinating Council (Consejo Coordinator Empresarial, CCE). She has signed over 160 agreements with educational institutions to reduce the imbalance between the qualifications of young graduates and labor market expectations.
