Martin Pericard has a Masters in the training of trainers and specialises in the design of training courses for adults. He joined AFD in 2014, working in the NGO Partnerships Division, as contact person on the issues of education, training and civil society organisations. During his career he has worked in the field in Asia, Africa and the Caribbean, as well as in leadership and management positions in different NGOs. Martin is a specialist in change management, innovation and the training of local decision-makers in the social and educational sectors.
