In 2009, she was appointed head of the Strategic Steering Division at headquarters, a position in which she took part in the review of the Group’s operations in its new geographical areas and adapted in-house strategic and operational programming processes.

She was Director of the Mediterranean and Middle East Department in AFD’s Operations Department from 2010 to 2015. Since April 2015, she has been Director of the Human Development Department (health, education, employment, training and social protection), which became the Demographic and Social Transitions Department in 2017.
