Julien Migozzi is a doctoral candidate in urban and economic geography at the Géographie-Cités and Pacte joint research centers (UMR). He teaches at the École Normale Supérieure. His research explores the links among real estate market dynamics, financialization, segregation and social stratification in Cape Town.
