Igor Shishlov is a Senior Consultant at Perspectives Climate Group working on climate policies in developing countries. He regularly contributes to policy debates with academic and non-academic publications and conference presentations.
Previously he worked for six years for I4CE – Institute for Climate Economics, where he conducted research on climate policy and climate finance as well as issues related to carbon accounting.
Igor is also teaching master courses on climate change economics at HEC Paris.
He holds a PhD in Environmental Economics from Paris-Saclay University, an MSc in Sustainable Development from HEC Paris and an MSc in International Business from St. Petersburg State University.
