After working in the operational field, Florence MOUTON now works on food security in AFD’s Research and Development Division.
Florence MOUTON spent 10 years as a consultant working on agri-food sectors in France, Europe and Latin America. She subsequently joined AFD as a project manager for rural development in West Africa. While she was posted at CEFEB (AFD’s corporate university), she developed capacity building projects on sustainable development: Master’s with CERDI, training program on carbon credits with the World Bank for African project initiators… She was responsible for AFD’s activities in the Pacific and particularly focused on biodiversity protection. She draws on all this experience in her current activity of knowledge production on food security.
Florence Mouton is an agricultural engineer and holds a Master’s in Agrifood Management from the ESSEC business school.
