Fabrice Juquois is Energy Project Manager at AFD and manages a portfolio of financing for low-carbon energy infrastructure projects in several parts of the world (Africa, Central Asia and the Caucasus). Following studies in engineering and commercial management, he worked on a rural electrification project in the South Pacific, was responsible for the development of the French national photovoltaic program, and renewable energies and energy efficiency in the French overseas territories for the French Environment and Energy Management Agency (ADEME). Over the past 15 years, he has also worked as an expert for the European Commission on renewable energies, energy efficiency in buildings and Smart Cities.
