Émilie Gaillard is a Lecturer in Law at SciencesPo Rennes and Co-Director of the Risk Centre, MRSH Caen. Her research focuses on the concept of future generations and the major shifts it implies in every area of law: transgenerational damages, democracy and human rights with a long-term perspective. In 2016, she was a member of the organizing committee for the International Monsanto Tribunal.
