Arnaud Rouget is an energy expert currently working at the International Energy Agency on Africa and Energy Access, within the World Energy Outlook division.

He expanded in Central and Western Africa the operations of d.light, the leading off-grid Solar Home System company, and implemented energy access businesses within the Renewables division of TOTAL. Prior to that, he worked in disaster and crisis contexts, supervising a public health programme in Afghanistan and other humanitarian projects with the Red Cross. Arnaud graduated from ESSEC Business School and Saint-Cyr Military School with Masters of Science in International Relations and in Economics.
