Mr. Adam Abdou-Hassan is a teacher-researcher in Public Law at the University of Rouen-Normandie. He holds a PhD in Public International Law, is a former auditor of The Hague Academy of International Law and an international consultant. His areas of excellence: the blue economy, green industrialization, relations between the European Union and Sub-Saharan African States, human rights, democracy, the rule of law, good governance, migrations, armed conflicts, the issues of security and defence, etc.
He is the author of several articles and reports in these fields and has acquired in-depth practical experience of the functioning of institutions and of the legal determinants of Sub-Saharan African countries in the context of their relations with the European Union.
