Werner Raza, is director of ÖFSE – Austrian Foundation for Development Research since 2010. Dr. Raza is an economist by training, with a specialisation in international economics and development. Dr. Raza has been at lecturer at various universities in Austria, and a visiting professor at the University of Buenos Aires. He has served as advisor the Austrian government on development finance and on external trade. His areas of work include: international trade, development economics and development policy.
